3. The Field Observation Journal Tool

The Field Observation Journal available on the Xcapeworld Survival page is a free, client-side tool provided for personal use. It runs entirely within your browser. No data entered into the journal is transmitted to, stored by, or accessible to Xcapeworld or any third party.

All journal entries exist only on your device for the duration of your browser session or until you download them. When you close the page or clear your browser session, entries are permanently gone unless you have downloaded them first. Xcapeworld cannot recover, access, or restore any journal entries.

The PDF download feature generates a document locally on your device. Xcapeworld does not receive, store, or process any downloaded files.

Your journal data is yours alone. It never leaves your device. Xcapeworld has no access to anything you write in the Field Observation Journal — not during your session, not after it.

The journal tool is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. Xcapeworld is not responsible for data loss resulting from browser crashes, session expiry, or failure to download entries before closing the page.
